A couple of weeks ago we asked around 2,000 of our earliest customers to give us some feedback. The response was truly incredible and has provided a ton of insight into our product and how we can make it even better. I have written a separate blog post in which I’ve shared our thoughts on the feedback, as I’d like you to know what we're thinking.

If you were someone who mentioned having a problem, there’s a good chance I’ll be contacting you personally to chat about your experience and ensure we get everything working perfectly. If you didn’t leave your email address, I won’t be able to do this so if you're reading this post, please email our support team so we can have a chat.

To say thank you, we selected 6 random respondents who will all receive a bottle of Poo-Pourri in the mail next week. Congratulations to the winners but thank you also to every awesome one of you who took the time to give us feedback. It's hugely helpful and every word is carefully reviewed for how we can use it to improve.

Our 6 awesome winners

  • Chris Fitzgerald (Lancashire)
  • Rowan Laurence (London)
  • Rachel Jones (Kent)
  • Zoe Lacey (London)
  • Ruth Tedman (East Sussex)
  • Claire Breed (Bedfordshire)

Winners, don’t be an Andy!

About 6 months ago I was visiting my brother-in-law whose wife had bought some Poo-Pourri about a year earlier. I asked her if she liked it and she raved about how awesome it was. Hubby Andy wasn’t in the room at the time so I asked him about it separately. His thoughts were a little different in that he said it doesn’t work at all. I asked him how he used it only to hear that he sprays it in the air as you would any other aerosol. He’d been doing this for over a year.

The funny part is that it probably happens a lot more often than you think. If one person in the house buys it and doesn’t explain what it is, they’d likely assume it to be the same as any other air freshener they’ve ever used, I mean who has ever read instructions on a bottle of toilet spray!

Well, Poo-Pourri is a little different so do have a read through the instructions, and don’t spray it in the air or you’ll end up like Andy.
