How we handle deliveries
Our products are held in fulfilment warehouses dedicated to fulfilling orders for ecommerce customers. When an order is placed, it is dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse. The length of time it takes to reach you will depend on where you are ordering from and how many units you have ordered.
UK Orders
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of being received. For UK orders of 1 or 2 units, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail within 48 hours of despatch. For order of 3 or more units, we use an overnight courier service.
Please allow at least 4 days after ordering before contacting us to track your order.
EU Orders
Orders placed within the EU are shipped via DHL Express and will reach you within 7 days.
US Orders
Order placed from the US are shipped either via DHL Express or via SurePost and should reach you within 5 to 7 days.
ROW Orders
All other orders are shipped via DHL Express with delivery times varying dependent on the country. Most orders should reach you within 7 days.
